ONSITE AMENITIES
Children will love to visit our Fairy & Gnome Glen, featuring fairy/gnome houses and lean-to's made out of items found in the forest. Guests are encouraged to enjoy existing and/or build their own fairy or gnome houses and lean-to's.
Birdwatchers will enjoy the many species that pass through and live in the forest and along the creek. We have already seen our resident bald eagle four times this spring.
Fossil hunters will find many treasures from the ancient world along the streambed, recently carved out by heavy rains.
OFF-GRID - many guests like that the Tentrr site is completely off-grid with no Wi-Fi, cell service or electricity. If you do need to connect, simply come down to the Visitor's Parking Area or book the Hipcamp site, both of which have access to Wi-Fi, Verizon cell phone service and electricity.
** No guns, weapons or fireworks are allowed on our property.

Halfway between Albany and Cooperstown, Schoharie County has been a destination for many and a welcome stopover for others.
5 minutes from the Village of Middleburgh with a grocery store, a variety of restaurants, local brewery, local winery, liquor store, Dollar Store, bookstore, pharmacy, hardware store, auto parts store and more!
5-10 minutes from a number of farm stands and pick your own experiences that feature an abundance of fresh produce from the historic Schoharie Valley.
10 minutes from kayaking and canoeing on the Schoharie Creek. 10 minutes from a range of other hiking trails including Partridge Run trails, the Long Path, Vroman's Nose.
15 minutes from Gobbler's Knob Family Fun Park with mini golf and driving range.
20 minutes from the Huyck Preserve in Historic Rensselaerville, NY brimming with fresh local food, music and 12 miles of well maintained hiking trails, plus a large cascading waterfall.
20 minutes from Cobleskill Movie Theater & Cobleskill Regional Hospital.
